Homemade Tomato Soup!

Made some late night homemade tomato soup...
A dollop of mascarpone, chives, a crust of day old Italian bread & a nice glass of wine...
Oh yeah! :)

Thank you all so much for "Liking" my post about this over on Facebook....and for your kind words...I will have this in my cookbook I'm working on for sure! I never made it before and it came out really good! This soup is pretty easy to make and delicious!

The Last Native Tomato Salad of the Season

A little late lunch...Had to use up the last of the native tomatoes of the season from the garden...nothing tastes better... A little olive oil...some red onion...Now where's that loaf of Italian bread! :)
